Back Home

I saw the ENT doctor this morning and nothing really came of the visit.  He wants to do some testing to make sure the inner ear is not damaged but couldn't get me in for the tests until Feb. 14.  I asked him if my ENT in Rapid could do the tests but he didn't seem in favor of that, but that is exactly what I'm going to do just to rule out that the inner ear is the problem.  He also didn't think the diagnosis that Dr Burgess gave me last week was valid.  He said they are very rare and he's never seen one and Dr. Frei was sure there were no compressed nerves. The inner ear theory may be the reason for the dizziness and imbalance but it doesn't tell me why the left side of my head is in pain and why I have the ringing and pressure in my left ear.  I am disappointed but determined to exhaust all my options!  In Him I will trust!

The trip home went well, good weather and good roads.  Its good to be back in the hills.  No place like home!  Please keep praying that God leads us to the answer.  Thanks to all for being so faithful in prayer.

Bleassing,
Jeanne

  1. Well it looks like we missed seeing you in Denver again! We must have passed you somewhere in central Wyoming, since we left Custer at 1:30. I'm sorry your trip to Denver was so disappointing. We will continue to lift you two up in prayer, knowing that He has all the answers. Take care of yourselves - we'll get together soon. I hope you enjoyed being back in your own bed!

  3. We LOVE Dr. Burgess! He has been right on in his diagnoses for Dale and Andrew and Dr. White who practices with him is also a very good Dr. He solved all Dale's sinus issues with persistent testing. I recommend them both. Your persistence will pay off in the end. Still keeping you in our prayers.
